Tibor is the Executive Chairman and one of the co-founders of Arrivalist. Since the company’s early days, he has served as its Chief Technology Officer, helping shape its vision and technology platform. With over two decades of operational and technology leadership experience, Tibor has played a key role at multiple successful startup ventures, advisor to multiple early stage technology companies and a venture firm. He brings deep expertise in the advertising ecosystem, combining strategic insight with hands-on technical execution.

Ktimene Axetell serves as Chief Executive Officer at Arrivalist. She has worked around the world since 2001 in the digital media space and has spent the last 14 years enhancing sustainability of tourism destinations in the US, Africa, Asia, and Central America. She conducted her Master’s research in collaboration with the UNWTO’s ST-EP program and led her DMO team at Amelia Island to win the National Geographic Traveller Platinum Award in Sustainability. She holds an MA, Economics & Communication (Major in International Tourism) from Universita della Svizzera italiana and a BA, Economics from University of Virginia.

Mike brings over a decade of experience in the destination marketing and client service to his role as Director of Tourism Solutions. Prior to joining Arrivalist, Mike spent 7 years at VisitPITTSBURGH where he supported over 600 events through his role as Senior Services Manager.
Mike is a member of the 2019 Destinations International 30 under 30 Class, and a recipient of the 2022 “Dukes from the Last Decade” award from his alma mater, Duquesne University. He completed his MBA from West Virginia University in 2023.
When he is not digging into data or traveling, Mike enjoys playing guitar, going to concerts, and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Angelica Gonzalez serves as Lifecycle Manager at Arrivalist, bringing over 10 years of software and hospitality experience to create positive and engaging experiences. Her passion extends beyond her professional role to exploring new destinations with her husband and three dogs, immersing herself in diverse cultures and cuisines, and actively participating in community initiatives. She embraces challenges, whether discovering new places, competing in destination races or empowering women in the outdoors, and consistently demonstrates a blend of drive and care in all she does.

Justin Willner is a senior analyst at Arrivalist, bringing insights to the travel industry since joining in 2017. He lives in Astoria, New York City, with his partner, dog, and cat. In his free time, he enjoys running, gaming, and hunting for the perfect cup of coffee.
